This group is ideal for young adults seeking structure, clarity, and confidence in a time of growth and change

What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals manage overwhelming emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and improve relationships. Rooted in mindfulness and behavioral strategies, DBT is especially helpful for those struggling with mood swings, impulsivity, chronic anxiety, or difficulty navigating conflict.

Art Therapy Group for Teens: Create, Express, Heal

Some feelings are too big for words—so let’s create instead.

Our Art-Based Therapy Group gives teens a safe, creative space to explore emotions, reduce stress, and build confidence through guided art activities. No experience needed—just a willingness to show up and express. Healing starts here, one brushstroke at a time.

What is Art-Based Therapy?

Art-based therapy uses creative expression as a powerful tool for emotional healing and self-discovery. It allows teens to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a nonverbal way—especially when words are hard to find.

This group is designed for adolescents who may be:

  • Struggling with anxiety or depression
  • Dealing with stress, low self-esteem, or peer issues

  • Weekly 1-hour guided sessions led by a trained facilitator
  • Activities using various materials like drawing, painting, collage, and journaling
  • Tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence-building

Somatic Therapy Group: Heal Through the Wisdom of the Body

Trauma, anxiety, and depression don’t just live in the mind—they’re held in the body, too. Our Somatic-Based Group Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and gently process emotional pain. Through guided practices like breathwork, grounding, gentle movement, and body awareness, participants learn to regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and feel more present and empowered. No experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down, listen inward, and begin healing from the inside out.

What is Somatic Therapy?

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It helps clients notice, process, and release emotions stored in the body through gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, and body awareness practices. This approach is especially helpful for those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma symptoms, or emotional disconnection.

Who is this group for?

This group is ideal for adults who:

  • Feel disconnected from their bodies
  • Struggle with anxiety, chronic tension, or overwhelm

  • Education on how trauma and stress live in the body—and how to release them
  • Mindfulness-based tools to manage triggers and build inner safety
  • Gentle support for emotional processing and self-awareness
  • Practices clients can take home and use daily to regulate emotions and build resilience
